What it does
After a few clean sessions at your target reps, it tells you exactly when — and by how much — to add weight, tuned to your training goal. If your reps drop below the range, it tells you to go lighter, and a built-in Training guide explains how it all works.
Starts on its own when you log a set, using your default or a per-exercise rest, and alerts you even with the screen off.
No manual logging of records — every set is checked against your history the moment you log it, including weighted pull-ups and dips.
Set weight and reps with +/− steppers and tap Log set. Drop sets show up as stages under the set, and supersets log a whole round at once.
A muscle-by-muscle breakdown of effective sets, so you know when a group is being neglected before it shows.
Comes with God's Plan, the PPL-UL split Nirbhay Raut trains on, plus PPL and PPL + UL presets. Edit any day, or save your own week as a preset.
TrackA'gain doesn't ask for an account because it doesn't need one. There's no server behind it — everything you log lives in the app on your device.
Since this isn't distributed through the Play Store, Android will ask you to confirm the install manually — that's expected.
Your browser may warn that this file type can harm your device — that warning appears for any app installed outside the Play Store. Choose Download anyway.
Find it in your Downloads folder or notification shade and tap it to begin installing.
Android may ask to let your browser or Files app install unknown apps. Tap Settings, enable it for that app, then go back and continue.
That's it — no account, no setup screen. God's Plan is ready on first launch, or build your own split.
There's no APK for iOS, but the app itself runs straight from the browser and installs as a Home Screen icon in three taps.
Use the "Open in your browser" link above — it needs to be Safari specifically for the next step to appear.
It's the square with an arrow pointing up, in Safari's toolbar.
TrackA'gain now opens full-screen from your Home Screen like any other app — no App Store required.
